I have years of experience as a yoga, dance and fitness coach. I am very versatile and have plenty of experience working with individuals as well as groups, catering to a wide rage of fitness needs, injuries and imbalances.
For my yoga classes, I teach a power vinyasa flow sequence. My main focus is breath work, correct alignment and core work. To not only heal injuries, but also prevent them. I work all clients from the inside out, with the goal of teaching them full mind and body control, and awareness, all while getting an amazing workout.
