About this pro

My experience speaks the language  of knowing that in each of us lies our own best teacher. I was trained in a full immersion Certification in classical Hatha Yoga while staying in the Ashram. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with teachers from Gremany and India, of the renowned lineage of  Sivananda .After that I focused on  classes that also include Vinyassa (Breath to movement flow)  and Anusara (Alignment based practice). Getting to know your individual purpose , your  physical mental, emotional needs and goals  are elements that I use to teach .I  construct specific practices  that not only achieve change  but also personal growth and achievement

You become your unique self in your yoga journey.

Doing what I love, giving back, helping others  and  continue to be the student of life that we all are How do we collectively feel when we have walked up 300 stairs or have done our first half moon pose "Ardha Chandrasana" together or completed a 28 minute Tabata workout? There's no way to describe this! it's a feeling of Community union and camaraderie

Excellent class with at last a teacher that cares about you on a personal level. Not another cookie cutter class but something very special.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

There is no typical process because no two people are alike . With yoga especially because it is so popular at this time I feel it is very important for the person who was starting or continuing in their practice to focus on themselves entirely. To work on breath (Pranayama) as related to movement and not get caught up in comparing themselves to other people

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Degree in Health Sciences and 3 concurrent certifications.
