Professional and experienced but very easy-going and personable Yoga teacher , especially for those students interested in working with correct alignment form and use of the breath. I like to smile a lot and laugh at the funny things we all do when we are learning. We teach what we need to learn the most !!

I love to see a student find ways of working which will allow them to see how subtle changes in alignment can make something that seemed impossible possible.
