Train Your Body Perfect Your Game Master Your Mind.
Basketball isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I’ve gone head-to-head with NBA legends like Damian Lillard, James Harden, Klay Thompson, and Derrick Rose. I’ve trained under elite minds like Lloyd Pierce and Phil Handy—coaches who’ve shaped players like LeBron James and Kobe Bryant.
But my mission is bigger than me.
Whether you’re a beginner or a serious athlete chasing the next level, my goal is to help you grow in skill, confidence, and mindset. I don’t just run drills—I build difference-makers. Every session is personal. Every rep is a layer in your foundation.
If you’re ready to level up, for real—let’s get to work.
This is where greatness begins.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My first step is to have the player fill out a brief player survey that helps me understand their current mindset, confidence level, and goals. From there, I like to connect directly to discuss what they feel their strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations are. I also ask for any available game film to get a better sense of their current level and style of play, don’t worry if none available.
Once I have that information, I design a personalized training experience focused on skill development, confidence building, and long-term growth—both on and off the court. My goal is to meet every player where they’re at and help them rise to where they’re meant to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Basketball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Not only have I played the game at a high level, but I’ve also been teaching it for just as long. Although my playing career was shortened by injury, I had the opportunity to compete against and train alongside some of the greatest players and coaches on the West Coast.
I’ve gone head-to-head with elite talents like Damian Lillard, James Harden, Derrick Rose, Klay Thompson, Aaron Gordon, and many others. I’ve also been fortunate to train under some of the best minds in the game, including Lloyd Pierce (former Atlanta Hawks head coach and LeBron James’ trainer) and Phil Handy (Lakers assistant coach known for working with LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, JuJu Watkins, and many more).
In addition to my personal experience, I’ve coached and trained athletes at all levels through camps, tournaments, clinics, and leagues. My foundation is built not only on knowledge of the game but also on a passion for developing players both physically and mentally.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I offer flexible pricing to fit the needs of each athlete and their family.
• Individual sessions start at $50 per hour and are tailored specifically to the athlete’s current level, goals, and development areas.
• I also offer custom training packages for athletes looking for consistent sessions or long-term development plans.
• Group sessions are available as well, with rates as low as $25 per athlete, depending on the group size.
The goal is to make professional-level training accessible while still providing high-value, high-impact development every session.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching the game long before I realized it could be a career. Even as a kid in elementary school, I would take what I learned at organized practices and games and bring it back to my neighborhood and family—breaking down drills, teaching moves, and running mini workouts in the driveway.
At just 13, I got my first paid opportunity coaching at a weekly elementary basketball clinic. After high school, I worked at the well-respected Legarza Basketball Camp, and not long after, I was hired by the City of San Jose to run my own clinics at multiple community centers across the city.
Teaching the game has always come naturally to me—it started with passion and turned into purpose. Now, I use that same energy and experience to help players at all levels grow in skill, confidence, and love for the game
What types of students have you worked with?
I’ve worked with athletes of all ages—from young kids just starting out to adults in their 40s and 50s looking to improve their game or stay active. Skill-wise, I’ve trained a full spectrum: from beginners learning the basics, to high-level high school and college athletes, to professionals looking to fine-tune their edge.
No matter the level, my approach is always the same—meet the player where they are, build from the ground up, and bring out their full potential through personalized development.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My 6 year old daughter telling me a serious face that she ready to learn basketball.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a trainer who cares just as much about your mindset as they do your mechanics. Skill development is important, but real growth happens when someone helps you build confidence, discipline, and love for the game.
Don’t just chase the trainer with the most followers—find someone who listens, understands your goals, and can meet you where you are. The right coach will push you, challenge you, and invest in your development on and off the court.
Make sure they have a plan, a passion, and a purpose behind what they do—because that’s how you know they’re not just clocking in… they’re building something with you.
