I really enjoy Bhavani's yoga class, as they are relaxing and a lot of fun. I have found a deeper connect with my body and am able to do asanas more easily now, some of which were initially little tough. I also find that i enjoy yoga more when we do it in a group. The meditation that we do at the end of class is relaxing, helping us unwind and sleep better.
I would absolutely recommend BR yoga for all aspiring yogi/yogini out there💕 Bhavani’s positive energy and calm demeanor helps me do yoga asanas with ease. She fully explains the purpose of each asanas to make sure that we understand the benefits. Meditation at the end of each session with her is like the best way to make your yoga experience wholesome 🙏🏼
The class allowed me to experience the potential of my body. With the guidance of the teacher,I was able to relax the mind to allow the space for the present moment.
I ask them to attend one class on drop in basis. I get a chance to meet them and work with them to see how I need to modify my classes so they get the full benefit. Then they can come for my full classes.
