Lance is Great. He really does help all levels. I’m glad I found him.

He is able to break almost every complex art related task down into reachable step-by-step exercises. It may seem formulaic at first, but that approach worked to quickly facilitate for me a solid understanding of perspective, figure drawing, portrait painting, and even sculpture. His critiques can seem brutally honest, but that’s an asset which also helped stimulate some rapid artistic growth for me.

He is the very best. He is very thorough in making sure you understand your art lesson. He cares about your progress like no other art school teacher. Anyone that studies under him is blessed. He has so many former students in major art galleries today because he has taught them the most important techniques for drawing and painting.

Lance is the best and most thoughtful art teacher I have ever had. He has infinite amount of patience. He is always honest with you about your work. Your art dramatically improves after you study with him, and you gain priceless knowledge from his classes. He knows the best classical art techniques that are even better than what is taught at expensive/prestigious universities but for a small fraction of the price. Lance has a great tract record of his students having success in the art world. Whether youre a beginner or an advanced artist, there is always something you can learn from him. You dont need to have any art knowledge to take classes with him and improve. Highly recommend anyone reading this to take his painting, drawing and sculpture classes.
