About
I believe my work stands out of the herd since my major and my passion for Data Science really allows me to understand the application and uses of the math that is being studied. I try and show the importance of what is being learned and put what is being done in the context of real world problems.
The best feeling in the world to me is when a student of mine begins to become more comfortable with math and begins to realize the full capabilities of the subject. As much as I love learning the subject, teaching and enabling others about the subject brings me greater joy.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our first lesson is centered around finding out what the student already knows, and where the holes are in their math knowledge so I can determine what to focus on. We also speak about the student’s goals, and then figure out the best way to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In high school I was an AVID tutor, where I would tutor Juniors in various math subjects. Additionally, I have a younger sister, who I frequently help with her math courses.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My price is $20 per hour, but other factors such as duration of the lesson or how frequent we meet can lower my price.
What types of students have you worked with?
Most of my students are in High School, and some are Elementary School.
