With lessons, I will show the potential students how to warm up, run through drills, and break down mechanics. Then if they are interested, I will help them learn pitches such as; 4seanm, 2seam, sinker, change up, curveball, and slider. First session will be a big introduction to everything, a short bullpen to evaluate, then lead to breakdown of mechanics and make small or big changes
