The Baseball Lab With Coach Diego

My name is Coach Diego, and I’ve played competitive baseball my entire life with over 25 years of experience in the game. As a longtime 3rd baseman and strong hitter, baseball has always been a huge part of who I am. Now, my passion is passing that knowledge and experience down to the next generation of players.

I grew up in the Los Angeles area and currently train athletes out of my private batting cage in Compton, California. I love this game and take pride in helping players improve not only their baseball skills, but also their baseball IQ, mindset, confidence, and mental preparation.

At The Baseball Lab, players get a unique opportunity to work in a private training environment focused on real development and growth. My goal is to help every athlete become a more complete baseball player — physically and mentally — while building the confidence needed to succeed on and off the field.
