It has everything you need and you can get a great workout and the facility is top of the line
I really enjoy working out at the I-Motion facility. There is enough space to take care of every aspect of my workouts. Other spots I have trained at before is always cluttered with stuff that tend to get in the way of my work out. I will continue to work on my game at the I-Motion Training Facility
