I started teaching and coaching youth baseball 3 years ago and it made me realize how much I missed it.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
When looking for the right teacher find someone who is both knowledgeable and experienced!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students shouldn’t have to think much. As a coach or instructor I believe you should be able to assess each student and tailor a plan specific to them.
