About
Greg was born in the Chicago Area and attended Maine Township High School East where he received the support and confidence from an art department that rivaled that of many college programs. He attended the University of Illinois and Syracuse University in New York where he received his BFA focusing on illustration. He completed his higher education at The Art Center College of Design in Pasadena California. During his forty year career as a freelance illustrator Greg's images have appeared in all forms of visual communication.
His rendering of licensed characters for The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros. and many other well know licensees have been a part of all of our lives. Enjoying all aspects of the industry... Concepts, drawing and yes... even the deadlines. "What I have enjoyed the most throughout my career are the relationships I've established with the people I work with."
Greg currently works digitally and embraces the endless opportunities he discovers each day.

I have enjoyed a 40 year career as a professional free lance illustrator working with awesome clients. At this point im my career i f find great joy and satifaction in teaching both the traditional methods of drawing and painting. I offer clothed figure drawing, character development, animation, Photoshop and the fundamentals of illustration. We are in an incredible time in art history where the traditional tools of the past... pencils, charcoal and paint are being replace by digital paiting. My hope is to introduce open the awareness of the changes and make the future artist aware of both the old and the new.
