Eric Smith Sports Training

Hi, I'm Eric Smith, I'm a former high school sports coach. I felt the training space wasn't meeting my player's needs, so I started training myself. I do a completely different approach than most, instead of the same drills for each player, I actually interview you, watch your film, and tailor the training program specifically to you.
