My name is Al and I have been coaching and teaching volleyball skills for over 25 yrs. I've coached High School Varsity, Jr. High and Junior Olympics. and worked many privates and groups. My experience and knowledge of the game will help you gain the basic and advanced skills to play volleyball . I will also teach focus and movement to able you to become a quick and versatile. Volleyball is a great game to play. A team sport!
