About
All of my workouts and drills are designated for the individual athlete. Each athlete needs his/her own regimen depending on strengths and weaknesses, position, and what the client wants to work on.
What I enjoy most about being a basketball coach is being able to help young atlehtes achieve thier goals no matter the size.
