Liked the skill development for a low post player entering high school next year. All the fundamental basketball training plus the big man moves. Each session was a challenge physically and the one-on-one training with former professional player was well worth it.

She is very professional in every aspect of the training, she gives advices, examples from her own experiences. Hiring her to train our 2 ballers adds more of a difference on how they play in court in/outdoor games. She also has gym class to tone your body as well as mind set using your balance and focus on every drill. Me and my husband is very SATISFIED I’m her performance as a coach 👍👍🏀🏀🏀🥇🥇🥇

Kristen did a great job with my 11 year old daughter who was visiting from the Midwest. Kristen was able to adapt to my daughter’s personality. They worked on fundamentals, conditioning and bball IQ. If my daughter was with me full time I would have definitely continued with the private sessions. With that said, my daughter was very receptive with Kristen’s coaching and teaching style. She said that Kristen has been the best BBall teacher this far. Kristen has the ability to explain drills and situations in a way where my daughter understands. Kristen not only trains, but builds a relationship with her student. She also checks in on my daughter. I would definitely recommend Kristen!

I had an amazing experience with Kristen. Not only is she highly knowledgeable but she also is patient and exact in her training. It was a tough training but I felt like I got better and that is what is most important to me. She’s one of the best truly!
