It's simple.....I keep it fun but I expect you to work hard and be accountable. I've been coaching various levels for over 25 years and I currently work with some of our hoopers at UCLA. My main job is doing media relations with UCLA basketball and football teams so I provide more than just on court coaching, I will also focus on aspects of off the court scenarios.
