How did you get started teaching?
I entered yoga therapy in 2011 as a way to heal from an eating disorder. I never turned back. I am absolutely blessed to have fallen upon my yoga therapist. My life has changed completely. I no longer suffer from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem or sucidal thoughts. I use several additional tools while teaching yoga such as journaling and coaching to achieve the life you want and deserve.
