Studio And Computer Art Teacher
About
Traditional realistic art is the base for every other kind of self expression and personal creativity. I have a deep appreciation of both, realistic and contemporary art. My knowledge is extensive, having learned drawing and pai ting from a local artist in Ukraine as well as more expressive art in the USA.
My skills include strong sketching and drawing abilities, good work with paint of any kind (oil, acrylic, watercolor, ink, gouache, etc.), experience with pastels and charcoal and digital art media. I use Procreate for digital paintings and Adobe CC to create graphic design content and retouch the photos.

My Resume is also uploaded to this website under the Resume tab
I enjoy being able to depict the world and objects in it as they really are in reality and then improve them to my liking. Realism is not the copy of the relity, it is the depiction of the reality through the artist's eyes. You can see the artist in any kind of work, whether it is a painting of an apple or a contemporary piece.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know the students goals for the course or the specific problems that have to addressed, building the plan with supporting imagery and art history facts if relevant, following the pace of a student and prioritizing their success and comfort over the plan of studies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've studied art for more than 4 years from professionals and started tutoring about a year ago. I work with students with different needs, whether it is the homework art assignment or personal creative growth, having them contact me from all over the world. The online format is not the best option for the Studio Art classes, yet it proved to be effective because of the video a d photo materials that I provide students with.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The price depends on the task and the time the course takes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who's philosophy and priorities are similar to yours. It is hard to learn from a persona who believes and emphasizes things than are irrelevant to you, which is unfortunate for both a student and a teacher
