    Frequently asked questions

I am currently serving on active duty in the U.S. Navy serving as a Master-At-Arms (Military Police).  I am also an Antiterrorism Training Supervisor, a Non-Lethal Weapons Instructor, and an emergency vehicle operator instructor, and hold many other instructor/coach certifications through the U.S. Navy.  I have been in the U.S. Navy for 19 years.  I have been deployed on a ship twice and stationed overseas during my career.

I started teaching officially in 2008, when the U.S. Navy sent me to school to become an Antiterrorism Training Supervisor.  As an Antiterrorism Training Supervisor, my job was to train personnel on how to be a part of a security force and how to employ equipment, tactics, and various weapons while defending a location.  Since then, I have been assigned multiple roles at various locations as an instructor.

Throughought my military career, I have worked primarily with other military personnel who don't have any background in security or police work.  I have also trained civilian police officers employed by the Department of the Navy as well.
