After a 30-minute Skills Training, I helped a player establish better defensive technique and positioning which he immediately used in his Professional Basketball Try-out!

Be sure to find a Skills Trainer who loves basketball as much as you do! Passion is key in my opinion!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
A player should decide - I am willing to be coachable? Am I willing to listen to everything the Coach has to say and then do my best to execute each drill perfectly with constant repetitions.
