    Im a total photography beginner and Russell made the process of learning very accessible and fun for me. I had been doing a lot of traveling and wanted to be able to take better photos of my travel memories. He had a great way of simplifying the process so I didnt overthink my shots. Our sessions focused on the areas of photography I wanted to improve in and each session was clearly customized to my goals. I found his lessons extremely helpful, not only in setting up a great shot and playing with light and shadow, but also how to take better advantage of my cameras features and how to manipulate my photos retroactively in Lightroom. Whether youre a newbie amateur like me or someone looking to hone a greater level of skill, Id highly recommend Codys Travel Photography.

    Helping Friends and family is where it started, then evolved while travling around this amazing country.  I have met many people asking what I do and discussisng photography in general.  These discussion often lead to mini photography classes.   I have helped travelers with camera settings, equipment and photography tips on neumorus occasions in the field.
