What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
teaching for 12 years starting with Bikram Yoga. (Hot yoga) several certifications after include ainyasa restorative/yin kids yoga and my personal favorite Aerial yog. Owned a studio for 5 years where we had several exciting events catered to the clients.
What types of students have you worked with?
So many and all kinds of students ages and abilities. Proffesional athletes(baseball) and several high school lathletes.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The journey is a key component of the practice. To enjoy the changes and recognize ourselves can at times be frustrating. To make long and short term goals is a great way to know if a particular teacher is going to be your best advocate to get you there.
