The Instructor is very knowledgable, personable and accommodating. As a combat veteran, I have some limitation and healing to do. I was happy that she was able to create a plan for me that would not only assist in healing me but also empower me to have my own personalized home practice. Danielle has given me the tools I need to be an independent yogi. I highly recommend her.

I had a fabulous time learning and growing through the knowledge and guidance of Danielle. She helped heal me physically and spiritually. I have taken classes in many different studios and the year I spent with Danielle, I learned new techniques (aerial yoga was my favorite) and attended events that pushed me put of my comfort zone and helped me gain strength and confidence. I truly appreciate her unique way of getting to know me and my needs. A genuine healer!

Danielle is the best Yoga teacher I’ve ever had. She’s truly one of a kind! If you’re just starting out and looking for someone to guide you through poses or are more advanced and looking for someone to challenge you...look no further! You’ve found the right instructor!! In the years I’ve been a student of Danielle’s, I can honestly say that no two classes have ever been exactly the same :) She keeps you on your toes, no matter what level your at and if your fortunate enough to take her Ariel Yoga class...well...enjoy the flight! 🤗 Danielle is a beautiful beacon of light with a heart of gold...who invests in each of her students on a personal level ✨ She isn’t a cookie cutter yoga teacher with the same poses in order and play lists for each class...nope, not her! 💥 She keeps it fun, interesting, and most importantly relaxing & stress free...especially her Restoritive Yoga class ✨ I feel extremely fortunate to be counted among her students and you will to!

I loved that Danielle was an intuitive and compassionate teacher, who taught to the person, and was mindful of each persons needs. And she is like that as a person now, and continues to embody and live that.

    Frequently asked questions

teaching for 12 years starting with Bikram Yoga. (Hot yoga) several certifications after include ainyasa restorative/yin kids yoga and my personal favorite Aerial yog. Owned a studio for 5 years where we had several exciting events catered to the clients.

So many and all kinds of students ages and abilities. Proffesional athletes(baseball) and several high school lathletes.

family yoga at the Orange County heritage museum.

The journey is a key component of the practice. To enjoy the changes and recognize ourselves can at times be frustrating. To make long and short term goals is a great way to know if a particular teacher is going to be your best advocate to get you there.
