About
I enjoy teaching the game of softball from basic to advanced levels. The excitement and the thrill of players loving the game and working hard to make themselves better is what keeps me going and continuing to work hard to teach. I can help with hitting, fielding, outfield, infield, base running, and softball strategy.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically we start with a few questions. I look to see what you want to accomplish and watch closely to your skill set. We will have a lot of discussion back and forth to make sure we understand each other and are moving in the right direction. I look for you to ask questions and I will always offer up suggestions or things that I think will help you in some way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been actively coaching for ten years. I started with rec and moved into travel ball. I took a team to an undefeated season. Have won three championships. This is not usual, however with coaching and your ability to work hard amazing things can happen
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Most costs are $45 for a one hour lesson once a week, if you were to have a lesson twice a week we could bring it to $35 a lesson. We can openly discuss and customize a plan for your specific needs.
How did you get started teaching?
My love for helping and teaching, combined with my love of the sport. It was a perfect match!

I have worked with all talent levels. No experience to very experienced.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently worked with some 10 and 11 year olds in a six week tournament against 14 year olds. My expectations were not to win the tournament, but to help them get better. We did indeed end up winning first place and I am very proud of this accomplishment.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Have passion for what you do. Always approach the game with heart and hustle. Never think I can't learn anything new, but be open to gaining more knowledge
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is my committment level to this? What am I hoping to achieve? Always be prepared to ask why and be open to accepting constructive critisism.
