About
I have several years of catching experience. I've played throughout highschool, completing 1.000 fielding percentage almost every game. I'm going to be attending Reedley College, meanwhile; I'm continuing to train for the college season. I want to pass down my experience to any kid that may need the help.
I enjoy seeing the kids progress and get better. It's always a great feeling for oneself to know that you're getting better, and I want to get them that feeling of achievement.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually start with a warm-up I do everytime to get them stretched. Then I do a couple of drills to see what may need some work so I can focus on the main categories. Then I will do drills following those categories. Lastly, not everytime but a lot of the times, I can get them live pitching from a kid around his/her age.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've played baseball throughout several years of my life. Throughout those years I've learned a lot of things that work and that don't work. I'm obviously still young so I'm still learning as I go, even so; I very much have the capability to lend my knowledge to a ball player making them better overall.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I'm going to start with $30/hour
How did you get started teaching?
It all started when I was playing a 5 game series in Oklahoma. My coach, that was new to the team, seen my talents that I displayed on the field and wanted me to help coach his catchers on his team. His team was 8u, 8 years old and under, and it was new to me but I caught on and began to teach and they began growing better.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of age groups, such as: 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 year olds.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I currently am an assistant coach on a team called Diamond Performance. In our recent games I can finally see improvement in the catchers, which is always a great feeling. I have only been coaching for them for a couple weeks.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I can guarantee that if you proceed to hire me, you will continue to grow and get better. I won't just teach to how to catch but how to have the right mental to catch also. You will become better, only if you want to though!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should try to find out where they may need help or where their strengths are. There is never a dumb question...most of the time haha, but if there is ever any questions, never be afraid to ask.
