Coaches Corner Personal Training And Athletic Program

My name is coach Martin I specialize in teaching the game of basketball and football. Teaching the fundamentals of the game on all positions. I've played the game of basketball as a youth until my freshman year in college. I've also coached youth football for 13 years and has been a personal trainer for 5 years. I have worked with youth, high school and college players as well.
