In my sessions and I had plenty of sessions, I liked and I learned how to attack the glass by going to it. I kept going around my defender and widing my lanes. He taught me to keep my lanes straight and to keep attacking my defender. Exhausting work but man it’s paying off

Very patient and serious, my child can learn a lot from the coach. It is always ready to arrive, and it is taught according to the personality and characteristics of different children, which I love.

Coach Martin is great to work with. My son definitely enjoys the training sessions with him. He is very experienced with young kids to make them very engaged during the training sessions. Coach Martin is also very flexible and very responsive on text messages. Highly recommended!

Mindful Hoops has helped me a lot. He helped me improve a lot through not only basketball, but my mental game. Additionally, his perspective on basketball helped transform me from being a robotic and stiff player to more of a free flowing confident player. He goes out of his way a lot to help you and will go the extra mile for you. He is very patient and understanding. He has became more than just a trainer to me but a great role model for me. His training style is very interactive and engaging where you always won’t stop learning. If you are looking to elevate your game, Mindful Hoops is the way to go.
