Naturally Strong Athletic Training

Im a former college basketball & volleyball player. I've played semi bball & football. I now play football, basketball, and rugby recreationally as an adult. I have a few classes left before my bachelor's in exercise science w a minor in chemistry so I can teach & coach. I love to train and share my knowledge and passion of sports.
