About
With 7 years under my belt in the beauty industry, I have become a well-rounded makeup artist that caters to a variety of clientele. I have worked for brands like Origins (hello glowing skin), Mac Cosmetics (goodbye boring makeup looks), and Morphe (bring in the influencer with the cult following). Working for these amazing brands were fun, and challenged my skills with the brush and my level of creativity and ability to problem solve quickly. Teaching has become a passion of mine and I'm ready to show you the beauty that you can create with the right tools and the applied knowledge.
I love seeing my client's enthusiasm and positive attitude after they learn that they usually have all of the right tools it takes to achieve the look they want. It's all about learning HOW to use what you already have (with maybe a few necessary additions). I have so many clients who buy so many products that they think they need and waste money in the end. I want to help prevent that from happening to you!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Whether you are a beginner or advanced, I like to meet you exactly where you are. First, we talk about what your goals are and what you'd like to learn. From there, I ask questions to see what you already know and if you know how to apply that knowledge.
After that, we'll start with discussing skin types and different skin textures, products, tools, how to apply the makeup to achieve the look you desire, and tips and tricks I've picked up along the way. In the end, you will have a beautiful creation to reference for the next time you do your makeup, or even someone else's face.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for Origins cosmetics (an Estēe Lauder company), Mac Cosmetics, and Morphe. Each brand taught me something different that has added to my repertoire
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Lessons start at $125 per hour, with a minimum of 2-hours for bookings.
How did you get started teaching?
When working for Mac Cosmetics you are taught to teach the client something new using the product that you are applying on the client. This is where I made so many connections and fell in love with teaching.
I also had a client who hosted a makeup class for her birthday and asked me to teach her and 12 of her friends how to do their makeup. This furthered my love for teaching and I now host my own makeup classes in Los Angeles.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with clients all across the spectrum. From dry skin, to oily. From fair to a deeper tone of color. I've even worked on clients who've had melasma and vitiligo. Nothing is off limits and I'm happy to teach all that desire to learn!
