I Enjoy the process of creating different looks whether it be Hair/makeup or fashion they all tie in together but as a makeup artist I do have the experience as I started out as a fashion stylist and then I pursued a cosmetology license so that I could be license to do hair I tie in the whole process but mainly I'm a professional makeup artist and I enjoy using different color schemes and techniques to create a beautiful final finish for all my clients Private Clinents Or Prodution work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a cosmetology license for both hair and make up I have been specially trained as a make up artist for production work at a Makeup school Sunset Gower makeup Academy which has several levels of production make up for film photography which educate you on lighting camera and different make up textures and foundations to use while doing film work and special effects
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes it all depends what it is that you want to focus on there are many facets and learning make up if you want to do it professionally or private make up lesson then that would vary then from say Stages levels of production make up so I do offer a flat rate or you can take a one course or you can take several courses depending upon what you'd like to focus on and learn
How did you get started teaching?
Being that I've been in the business for over 10 years I'd say I've acquired quite a lot of knowledge and experience so I felt that it would be nice to share that with up-and-coming artist or just people in generalThat would like to know more about how to become a make up artist if they're looking to do it professionally or if they're just trying to learn how to apply make up for themselves
What types of students have you worked with?
Students that want to learn about make up and do it professionally for film and TV video production special events so these are people who would like to do it professionally and would like to know how to go about getting the experience and their foot in the door to becoming a professional production make up artist and building up credits
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Well I have a few most of all the work that I've done professionally I'm fond of I've had a passion for it so I'm proud of everything that I've done in the past and I look forward to doing more in the future I can't really say if I have the most favorite of all but I have worked with some wonderful people on some wonderful projects and I'm pretty much fond of all of them
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give is to focus on what it is that you really want to become an expert on or what it is that you really want to know if it's ia question of learning how to do Makeup or what products are good or which direction you would like to focus on be very specific so this way the instructor or the teacher can guide you and pinpoint and educate you more on what you would really like to know so so that you can work together and get to the point of your goal that you would like to accomplish
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Question how much experience do they have in working professionally out in the field as a makeup person or a hair person or whatever it is they want to target on what products do they use what products do they recommend for their makeup kits if they want to do it professionally what are some of the basic needs to create a good makeup kit makeup or hair kit to start off with what's a good way to start building up credits if they want to get into the film business or they just want to do start to a business or at least get a branding going on for themselves and they're bame out there
