I like to make fitness fun!!! My background is in Dance so I incorporate music and rhythm into my workouts. Also I was raised buddhist so awareness and mindfulness is important to me. I have extensive training in Pilates, Yoga, Buti Yoga, Weights, Kettle Bells, Zumba, African Dance, Barre, And Meditation.

First I talk with them about their goals. Are they looking for weight loss, toning, strength, aligning, mindfulness? We will also go over their current diet and health. Deciding together what kind of fitness training they are looking for. From there I will instrct them through fun and unique exercises that fit what it is they are wanting to focus on.
I am certified in Pilates, Yoga, Buti Yoga, Barre, Kettle Bells, and Weigh training. Also I am a professional career dancer with extensive training in modern, ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, african, and fire dancing!
