About
We will teach from one to 30 students. We are the instructors for Regan Career Institute in El El Monte. We also contract with Western University, have also taught classes at USC, Unverisity park and the Health Science Campuses.
My staff and I were all trained as First Responders and our two senior instructors are LVNs who have worked everything from ER to Medical Surgary floors. I retired after 28 years of being cross trained as a kid police officer and an EMT. We are committed to helping others learn to save lives and treat those who are sick and/or injured.

Art Blair is an extremely knowledgeable person when it comes to CPR and first aid. He explains procedures in a manner that is very understandable. He is patient in his teaching, and will take time to explain it in a different way If someone is needing more clarification. He also makes the class fun and enjoyable. Art is very sincere in helping people learn to save lives and it comes through in his teaching. I have taken several classes from Art. I always choose Art for classes for my card renewal.
