With over 15 years of basketball knowledge, including two years as a NCAA Division II college player and five years as a Division II Men’s assistant coach, Jamoni brings a wealth of experience to player development. His playing career emphasized ball-handling, marked by strong ambidexterity, high IQ, clutch shooting, and impeccable footwork – skills he is eager to impart.

His coaching journey reflects a commitment to excellence. Barber's high school success, includes an NCS Championship while also leading his team in assists during his Senior year. This paved the way for a stellar collegiate career with First Team All-Conference and All-Defense honors. His academic achievements and contribution to a record-breaking season at Post University further solidified his foundation.

Transitioning to coaching, Barber achieved a CACC Regular Season Championship and Coach of the Year recognition (staff award). His impact is evident in developing multiple 1,000-point scorers and various award winners, with his recruiting efforts extending to professional leagues internationally.
