I love being able to fend off dangerous people. I love how you don't have to be 7 feet to defend yourself and still defeat large framed men. I love the fitness of this. I love learning different ways to strike. 52 blocks system of self defense is extremely rare and is not very mainstream. The techniques are very effective for defense and offense. It is therapeutic for me mostly. Rather than yoga, or acupuncture, I prefer to teach self defense as therapy. I also prefer this over counseling. Sport Fencing Center has been in operation since 1999. We offer fencing instruction lead by professionals for children ages 6 to Adult, beginners to advance. Our program is based on an important idea: Students will learn more when they’re having fun.
