About

I hold a B.A. in Music Composition/Electronic Music from Eastern University, with minors in voice, cello, conducting and bassoon. I completed my M.M. in Music Composition at the University of Redlands. I continue to perform with the University of Redlands Orchestra and Wind Ensembled. I have received instruction from world-class and Grammy award-winning professors. Originally starting out in music education and quickly moved to composition, I have had some of the works performed by professional groups. Currently a band director at a Highschool in Baltimore!

I look forward to be working with you soon!

Here is my Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/jesse.lall

I am here to help anyone to take their skills to the next level, regardless of where you are in your musical journey! I take pride in assisting students and inspiring them to go beyond their own possibilities.

I very passionate about music, serving as a graduate assistant and tutor at my University. Building connections and seeing their growth as musicians brings me so much joy to see the next generations of music professionals.

Jesse has helped me overcome many challenges that I have faced with my bassoon playing. Over the course of the two months that he has been working with me so far, I have felt myself grow and develop into a better bassoonist overall. The lessons he gives are very professional, and he always has something for us to work on every lesson.

Being patient and exploring multiple ways to fully understand the material.

B.A. in Music Composition/Electronic Music

M.M. Music Composition

Standard hr/rates based on other music programs in accordance with my degree is 35/hr. I am flexible if a family has financial struggles or needs.

I started tutoring throughout most of my undergrad as a teaching assistant. I was a music education student for about 3 years before switching over to a different program. Now in my master's program, not only have I taught classes, I also tutored throughout the entire school year.

From Highschool to College level. I have also had experience with elementary students and middle school students while being apart of summer programs in the past.

What do you want to get out of this? What are your goals, dreams? Where do you want to grow and how you would like to grow with your passion for music? The goal does not have to be clear right now but I would encourage you to explore and see where it takes you.
