AGR is very patient and motivational for my nephews 9 and 10 who needed to be more active and improve on their cardio exercises. AGR always came prepared and on time, but most importantly, my nephews love working with him!

Hiring Armando Roybal as my personal training was the best decision ever. I learn to apply technique and proper form to every exercise and fitness equipment and the results were amazing.
