Hello, I'm Coach Bow. I love coaching and training kids. I specialize in 1 on 1 training, I love groups as well, I believe in encouraging and pushing athletes to there greatest potential.

Basics are key:

BEGINNER: some equipment

Warm up - 5min

Core work – 15 minutes

Foot work - 15 minutes

Beginner skill work - 25 minutes Intermediate: weight vest / ladder

Warm up -10

Core work -30

Foot work -10

Medium skill work -15

Game like situation training -10 Advance:fully loaded

Warm up -20

Core work -20

Foot work -20

Conditioning -20

Advance skill work -15

Advance game time/Personal work -25

I have coached travel teams

I have ran multiple camps

I love the connection I make with the children, then I try and incorporate that into their workouts. I love to come and see the progress we make on the court. I love how hard we work together to reach their goals!!!

Frequently asked questions

We warm up with light running, followed by stretching, basic ball drills, followed by basic form shooting. The next level would be foot work drills to improve athletic movement, after all the fundamental are out of the way we would advance to multiple cone drills. Followed by iq for the game. Finally defensive drills!!
