About
It is our mission to turn fitness and healthy living into a lifestyle in order to improve quality of life and longevity. We encourage a holistic approach which is why we offer fitness and nutrition coaching, meal plan recommendations, gym design services, education through our newsletter and blog, fitness activities for your kids and dogs, as well as support health causes.
We specialize in Outdoor Fitness, but have training gyms as well for when we need to use heavy weights.
We are also the only fitness service that provides Kids AND Dogs Club in LA!
We are also currently the only organization that has a Donate Your Fitness Program, so you can give to a cause everytime you workout.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
25-min phone consultation - Allows client to learn all that they can about fitness and what it will take to reach their goals, exercise program recommendation based on body and history
Agree on location for training
Meet trainer and start training or perform in-home consultation for gym design services
First training session will incorporate assessments to establish baseline measurements so that client can see the progress of their results. From there client and trainer will set specific, measurable goals together.

ACE Personal Trainer certified

Specialties aquired through continued education courses (CECs): Elderly Fitness (balance, toning, functional training), Scoliosis and Back Pain Correction, Marathon Running, Triatholon Training, Strength Building, Toning without bulking, weight loss, pre & post-maternity, shoulder impingement and injuries, correcting knee pain, arthritis - joint pain - tennis elbow, sitting computer syndrome, athletic and agility training

$85 flat rate
(Rate is based on trainer's in depth experience, high-quality of training with injury prevention, applying the latest research to workouts and recommendations, assessing proper and realistic goal fit, a well thought out customized program established in science, assessments, heavy-weight spotting, deep stretching, equipment usage, some travel, periodic emailed self-workout plans)
$15-20 gym fee if we use one of our training gyms
Small additional fee for travel if far away
