Yogi C Is Amazing! Loved How Yoga Was Made Accesible To Me. Never Thought I Could Enjoy The Variety Of Poses & Flows I Was Exposed To In My Session. Definitely Recommend The Experience To Anyone Doubting Their Ability To Enjoy Yoga.

I've taken multiple classes and workshops with Christina... Every time I've been in her presence, I've felt confident and empowered. She has an aura about her that just makes you feel at ease and comfortable being yourself. I love her energy and her passion!

Christina is the best yoga instructor I have ever had. She is patient with me and understands that some moves are difficult for me due to having a hip replacement recently. I really enjoy her classes and her pleasant upbeat nature.
