Coach Rick is unlike any Coach my son has trained with. He went over the mental part of hitting thoroughly, which is where my son is struggling, and then went into hitting mechanics. We both learned a lot in just one session. Looking forward to training with him again.

Over the years of experience, coach Rick developed his own philosophy about hitting. I believe it is not only useful for my sons baseball, it is a valuable skill for life. I can see Ricks love for coaching youth and his care and pride for all his past and present trainees. He is very easy to get along. AND the class cost is lower than others. We are going in for more lessons.

Coach Rick is an outstanding hitting coach. He gave my son advice on both the physical and mental aspects necessary to elevate from a good hitter to a great hitter. He additionally gave me (Dad) tips on coaching and drills to work with my son at home.

Coach Rick is experienced, thoughtful, engaging, and smart in his approach to hitting and also working with kids. He’s like the Mr. Miyagi of hitting.

Coach Rick was fantastic! Weve only had one session but he was able to connect with my son and install immediate confidence in his approach to hitting. Coach Rick spent half the session discussing his technique and the science to his approach. He was able to explain it in a way that an 8 year old could understand. The second half of the session was dedicated to actual hitting and applying the mental knowledge that he imparted on my son. His technique and approach work and I would recommend Coach Rick to anybody that wants to improve their hitting skills!

Our son got drafted up a division and is one of the smallest and youngest so he had something to prove. After the second game, he is now leadoff hitter, this is 100% due to Coach Ricks teachings. I absolutely LOVE how he approaches the game mentally so before my son even held the bat in our first session he had an understanding of the mental side. He still runs through all the mantras before and during his at bat and cant thank Coach Rick enough. Coach Ricks pure love of the game shows and couldnt be thankful enough for what hes taught not only my son but me about the game of baseball.
