We specialize in improving ball handling, slashing ability, and athletisim in the game of basketball. Our detailed instruction breaks down step by step the fundamentals of body movement, how those movements should be performed, and what work ethic and consistancy it takes to perform at an elite level at your current age. We also give at home workouts so that when you are not training with us in person we are still with you to guide you to improvement every step of the way!
We really enjoy building connections with the people we train. Finding out what motivates them, what their doubts are and what gives them confidence is very important to us. Once we learn how an athlete receives information the best we make sure we develop them into the best athlete they can be, forming life long memories in the process.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our typical process for working with new students usually begins by communicating and welcoming the student. It's very important that every athlete feel comfortable with us, so we make you feel right at home and want to build positive relationships. Then comes the assessment of the students strengths and weaknesses over a series of fundamental tests. Lastly, we run through the details reguarding testing performance results and plan how to consistently go about elevating your game to elite status.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-All coaches have played professional or 4-year university.
