We provide hands-on, individualized classical, realistic drawing and painting instruction to students of all levels, ages 4 through teens and adults. Media include pastels, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic, oil and more.
While we have taught thousands of students in Orange County since the year 2000, our Disney Motif award-winning curriculum has been in development for nearly 35 years, and it continues to improve each year.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When a student comes to the studio, we introduce the student to the teachers, and assess that student's artistic level, as well as his or her artistic goals. We walk through a drawing with color and shading and introduce the program the program step-by-step, in a regular class, where everybody works at their own level and their own speed, and no two students work on the same thing at the same time. Introductory students fit right in! Questions are answered, and we let you know where in the proram we feel the student should start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our talented teachers, carefully hand-chosen by our Director for a kind, warm personality, strong classical artistic painting skills, and enthusiasm for working children, either has a fine art degree such as a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, or is currently working toward one. Every teacher participates in 40 hours of hands-on, project-based artwork training with our Director, plus another 20+ hours in the classroom with an experienced teacher, to ensure consistent excellence in instruction.

Classes are paid for by month, with tuition and fees covering four classes. If there happens to be a fifth class in a month on the day that you attend, that class is free. A $5 material fee is included in all quotes. Call 714-524-2248 for current tuition rates.
