I Have No Business! I Am Retired Teacher!

I have loved baseball since young kid. I played four years college baseball, and have very very much consistent successful coaching at the high school varsity level. My greatest successes have been as a head varsity coach at Mountain View High School in El Monte, Ca. In six seasons, under my direction, my teams improved from previously being a consistent league contender into a CIF Playoff Power by earning CIF playoff 'final four' 2 times, ' final 8' once, and second round twice (never losing in the first round and earning playoff berths five of my six seasons as head coach). Very important, I believe, is using statistical scientific data comparisons of my teams success versus the 14 seasons before me, coached by several different varsity coaches. And the over 30 seasons success since I departed. My teams won 10 playoff games (over 70 teams in the CIF division) and lost 5 ! Above I listed the consistent success under my direction. 14 previous seasons before me Mountain View HS had won only 2 playoff games. In over 30 seasons after my direction the program won 8 or 9 playoff games! Statistical data equals I coached 10 playoff victories, 2 final 4 appearances, and 1 final 8 and never a first round loss! During 45 seasons, not under my direction 8 or 9 playoff wins. My scientific conclusion is I am very very good at my profession, especially compared to the coaching staffs my teams competed with. I continue , after very early retirement from teaching in the classroom, coaching varsity baseball as pitching coach.
