I strive to provide an alignment-based understanding of your yoga practice to help you realize how asanas (postures) and movements should feel in you body as opposed to how they should look. Every individual body is different and with practice, I can help you feel better in yours.
I truly love yoga and it has rejuvenated my body and soul. I wish to share my passion with others in hopes that they too can be their best selves in every way.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Having a conversation with the student about their intentions in starting a yoga practice. Working together to build a deeper awareness of the body and its connection to the mind and spirit. Establishing the foundations to help make yoga a lifelong practice if that is what they're looking for.
