I drive to teach private lessons in south orange county ! I love what I do! I not only leave my clients with a beautiful painting, but I leave them with the tools necessary to be better independently! There is no greater joy in my life!
I am the best person for you based on my experience teaching all ages ...including special needs, and the elderly for therapy!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will talk to you on the phone first, to see what ideas you have, discussing the piece is an important step in being able to teach a beginner especially!
I cannot wait to get started, and open your imagination through paint!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional artist and paint instructor for many years (around 10)
I love art! Especially acrylics!!

My standard one on one class is around 60.00 but it depends on distance, ti.e and how many students
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching in 2008 after attending a refresher course at Saddleback college
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students ranging from 3rd grade all the way through to the elderly
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently drove to San Diegk and taught a class at a middle school of 36 kids! It was a.azing and rewarding!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say to look for somebody that is patient, kind, and loves people and art the way I do! 😊
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about the type of painting you would like to produce, as well as why you are painting it.
