I offer multiple services to best fit your needs as well as be able to provide lessons at a reasonable cost! I do my best to provide an environment that no matter what you create, the process is enjoyable and you walk away loving art just a little bit more than when you started!
I truly enjoy the process of creating and then sharing that joy with others! It brings complete fullfilment to my life and I wouldn't trade it for any other occupation!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Wether it is for a child, group or individual I always want to know what the student would like to get out of the lesson. Looking to relax and just be creative? Just learn a new skill? Or maybe once upon a time you used to paint and create but somewhere along the way you put the brush down and want to pick it back up again? Once this has been evaluated we will discuss what days/times/budget work best for you then lastly we will review a plan on what you will learn and resources to help you along the way!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Art has been important to me throughout my life, at 7 years old my grandmother placed me in art lessons that I adored! In highschool I expanded my artistic talents to include sculpting and photography.
I have always been consumed by art but once I was in college I found myself gravitating towards marketing and business so ultimately received a degree in Business Entrepreneurship. I believe this was a great choice for myself because now I am able to make a living being an artist full-time! I provide 1-1 lessons, group lessons/parties(all ages), as well as facepainting!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I offer different services (1-1,groups,facepainting) therfore I offer different prices!
I also offer discounts for students/clients who book multiple lessons upfront!
How did you get started teaching?
I first started teaching regular preschool just before my son was born and I knew I loved teaching in general, the course that my life has taken has lead me to teaching art now and I absoloutly love it!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages! From young to old. My grandma was my first student!
I just love working with kids! I have 3 boys myself and also do facepainting because I love making kids smile!
I also have taught in groups of all ages, I provide mobile paint parties (I come to you with all the supplies!)
I am open to teaching anyone willing to learn and to proivde instruction to anyone wanting to relax, have fun and enjoy creating!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My only advice is to find someone you connect with, that makes you feel great and leads you to loving whatever it is you create!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What do you want to get out of the lesson? Are you looking for a feeling like to have fun, relax or are you looking to enhance your skill to make money or get a job? Your needs equate to what you ultimately want to receive so I think this should be thoroughly thought about and communicated with whomever your instructor is.
