About

Hello! I am a cellist based in North Long Beach, however I teach and gig all over Southern California. I hold a bachelor’s degree in cello performance from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSULB. I am currently at the end of my Master’s degree at Bob Cole with LA cellist Joon Sung Jun.

I currently work as a string assistant for elementary in the Manhattan Beach School District. As a private cello teacher I have worked with all age groups. From brand new beginners to returning music lovers. My lessons are catered to each student’s individual personality to best help them achieve their cellist goals. I take great pride in guiding and getting to know all of my students. In my years of teaching I have found a great sense of joy watching my students grow into the cellists they are today.

As a performer my work spans from recording studios to music festivals and everything in between. I have subbed with the Bakersfield Symphonic Orchestra. Currently I am a sectional cellist in the Bob Cole Conservatory Symphonic Orchestra.

    I always recommend a free trial lesson! Where we can get to know each other better and for the student to get a sense of my teaching style.
    I hold a bachelor’s degree in cello performance from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music. I am finishing a masters in cello performance at Bob Cole as well. I currently work as a string assistant for the manhattan beach school district as well as teach my own private studio.
    Currently rates are based lesson lengths of: - 1 hour - 45 minutes - 30 minutes (recommended for younger students)
    As a string assistant and substitute teacher for public school districts, I have a lot of teaching under my belt. Teaching privately was a very easy next step.
    All age groups. Adult beginners. Young Children. I enjoy working with all cellists no matter where they are in their journey through life.
    Get to know the teacher before you commit. As higher education music students we take trial lessons with all prospective professors before committing.
