About this pro

Hi, thank you for visiting my profile.

I have helped individuals with stress and trauma induced pain find relief, develop flexibility, strength and improve posture. When I work with you, I take into consideration your entire lifestyle, including your diet.

I am a registered yoga instructor, strength coach and earned a MS in kinesiology. I am currently a yoga, health and nutrition instructor at a local community college.

My sessions are $60.00 per hour, and I will travel to you.

The greatest reward is when my clients become pain free, or they drop several clothe sizes after just a few months of training.

I always have a wonderful experience with Norkor, she is an excellent teacher with a very pleasant voice. I definitely feel the spirituality radiating through her class as well.

Was very enlightning for my life. This enabled me to get-up-and-get my day started. I feel that all of the exercises benefit my body and mind. I was able to work at my pace. Instead of sleeping in until noon and watching TV most of the day. This has truly added years to my life. I have forwarded many of Noko O. YouTube videos to of my family members and friends. I highly recommend her services and teaching to all.

It's so intuitive! The videos address many things I struggle with. Her voice is very soothing and calming. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow. I have taken actual classes taught by her and she's a phenomenal instructor.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

When you find a teacher you are interested in, make sure they are qualified in their field. I would also recommend asking when was the last time they attended a training, workshop or conference.

Your trainer should give you realistic expectations.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Try to think about your long term goal, and how much time you want to invest in your training.
