About
Hi, thank you for visiting my profile.
I have helped individuals with stress and trauma induced pain find relief, develop flexibility, strength and improve posture. When I work with you, I take into consideration your entire lifestyle, including your diet.
I am a registered yoga instructor, strength coach and earned a MS in kinesiology. I am currently a yoga, health and nutrition instructor at a local community college.
My sessions are $60.00 per hour, and I will travel to you.
The greatest reward is when my clients become pain free, or they drop several clothe sizes after just a few months of training.
