Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing my vary depending on the distance to travel, as well as the number of sessions purchased.

Typically I charge

$ 150.00/hour for individual sessions

$115.00/hour for sessions purchased in advance

I can train several people at the same time for the same amount. Some of my clients form a group of 10-15 people to bring the costs down.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with all age groups from young children to teenagers, adults and older adults.

Most of my current students are college students and athletes.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Every year I attend the Perform Better 3-Day summit that always inspires me to keep learning.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

When you find a teacher you are interested in, make sure they are qualified in their field. I would also recommend asking when was the last time they attended a training, workshop or conference.

Your trainer should give you realistic expectations.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Try to think about your long term goal, and how much time you want to invest in your training.
