About
Justine is a lifelong lover of creative movement and expression. It all started with classical ballet and quickly expanded to modern, tap, jazz contemporary, tango, and various other world dances. She started practicing yoga and training Pilates as a teenager. She received her bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science from Csulb. As an instructor, she has completed intensive trainings for Barre fitness, Yoga (200hr) and Aerial Yoga. She loves to constantly train many movement forms and her latest passions are the aerial arts and contortion. She currently teaches barre fitness, burlesque, aerial yoga, and flexibility, and has been delving more into safe flexibility practices by building strength for increased range and mobility, and stretching through movement for maximum functionality.
I love empowering my students by facilitating a better awareness of their bodies and Helping them to become more confident in their abilities. Also I love seeing them accomplish a goal and unlock new skills!
